Scope of Work

Commercial project – TPO pipe boot installation in 2 locations
– Cleaned designated repairable areas with required cleaners and splice wash
– Set new TPO pipe boot flashing in place (x2)
– Coated existing TPO single ply membrane with splice adhesive
– Installed/Adhered new TPO single ply membrane to existing TPO membrane
– Sealed all exposed seams with TPO lap sealant
– Removed all debris from designated work areas
