MODIFIED BITUMEN HYBRID BUR
A Modified Bitumen Hybrid BUR roofing system combines the redundancy of traditional Built-Up Roofing (BUR) with the advanced technology of modified bitumen roofing membranes. With proper installation, care, and maintenance, this system has an average life of 20 years or more.
4-PLY BUILT-UP (BUR)
4-Ply Built-up roofing systems (BUR) consist of multiple layers of roofing felt, secured with layers of hot asphalt, and topped with a layer of gravel. This is one of the oldest, durable and most reliable systems installed in Canada since the early 1900's.
2-PLY MODIFIED BITUMEN
Similar in principal to the B.U.R these roofs see a life span of up to 30 years with proper scheduled maintenance. A 2-ply roofing system is durable and can cope with our harsh winter climate, foot traffic and maintenance servicing of HVAC systems.
1-PLY SINGLE PLY ROOFING
TPO, PVC, and EDPM are the three most common types of single-ply membrane systems. This is by far the most common synthetic rubber roofing option for larger scale projects. Highly dependable, durable and economically beneficial to any building owner and manager.
