Scope of Work
Preventative Maintenance
– Removal of approximately 25 membrane blisters.
– Installation of new asphalt roof coating at exposed membrane location, approximately 400 square feet.
– Removal of miscellaneous roof top debris.
– Removal of membrane ridges, approximately 25 linear feet.
– Removal of unused mechanical H-vac sleepers.
– Installation of new sealant at pitch pocket locations (Total of 5)
– Installation of 7″ B-vent rain cap at H-vac stack location.
– Installation of new Lexcor roof hatch at electrical room location.
