Scope of Work

Roof repairs to lower & upper roofs and also the east & west canopy.

Lower Roof:
– resealed all pitch pockets.
– removal of all debris & removal of overhanding tree branches.
– removal of approximately 50 square feet of blisters.

Lower Roof:
– resealed pitch pockets.
– removal of 15 square feet of blisters.

East canopy – removal of approximately 150 square feet of blisters.
West canopy – removal of debris from drain screen and surrounding areas.
