Scope of Work
Roof repairs
– Removal of miscellaneous roof top debris.
– Removal of two 8″ redundant h-vac tall cones.
– Installation of new sealants at all h-vac exhaust stacks.
– Installation of new sealant at all h-vac electrical pitch pocket locations.
– Re-fastened perimeter metal counter flashing.
– Installation of new asphalt roof coating at exposed membrane location, approximately 50 square feet.
